We provide person centred support enabling people to progress, recover, grow and develop.
Currently our team consists of Andy, Charlotte, Chris, Emilia, Emily, Jackie, Julie, Katrina, Kelly, Leah, Leah M, Pippa, Sarah C, Sarah D, Sarah G and Sean.
Andy has NVQ level 4, 5 and RMA in Health and Social Care. Andy has 25 years experience within a Health and Social Care setting including, mental health services, learning disability and children’s services. Andy started Frontline Associates Supported Tenancies in 2003 with wife Jax Freeman.
Charlotte has joined the team as our very first apprentice. Charlotte is on her way to completing her NVQ level 3 in Health and social care and joins Frontline with previous experience in supporting vulnerable adults and providing personal care in a residential setting. Charlotte also has experience working at a travel agents so we look forward to her using this experience to help us book future supported holidays.
Chris was a volunteer for Frontline back in 2008. He has re joined the team in 2017 as team leader having gained 10 years experience as a Police constable for Sussex Police working in areas such as vulnerable adults, safeguarding, mental health, missing persons and investigations. Chris is completing his NVQ level 5 Diploma in Leadership and also has a qualification in children’s safeguarding.
Emilia has completed NVQ levels 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care. Emilia has successfully run our cooking clubs for a number of years and is also responsible for our gardening club and maintaining our new sensory garden.
Emily started Frontline doing work experience 15 years ago and is now qualified with NVQ level 3 and 4 in Health and Social Care. Emily is responsible for running our social media pages and is one of our events managers.
Jackie has worked 8 years in a pre-school working alongside children with learning difficulties. She qualified for this in 2018 level 3 City & guilds and has taken her understanding autism course level 2 along side regular pediatric first aid courses. In her spare time she enjoys spending quality time with her boys & family.
Julie Joined the team as a volunteer in January 2021 during the Covid 19 pandemic. Julie has now started full employment with us since February 2021 and brings 27 years of experience in hospitality from waitressing to management. Julie has also cared for her aunt for 7 years helping her to libe independently in the community.
Katrina joined our team in October 2019. Katrina has experience working in nursing care for 3 years. Katrina also has experience working out in the community doing home care and as a personal assistant. She has successfully completed her NVQ level 2 in health and social care and is soon to begin working towards her level 3..
We welcomed Kelly to the team in November 2022. Kelly has worked in the childcare sector for over 20 years working alongside children with learning difficulties. Kelly completed a BTEC diploma in childcare and went on to complete a HNC in childcare management in 2003. She has recently completed a course in first aid and Safeguarding.
Senior Support worker Leah has over 10 years experience as a support worker and a senior care assistant. She has completed her NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care and has recently completed a short course on working with adults with mental health. Leah is responsible for workshops and is our sexual health and wellbeing advisor.
Leah joined the team in November 2020 after being highly recommended by a colleague. Leah is NVQ trained and has over 5 years experience in Health and Social Care. Prior to working in Health and social care Leah was a qualified hairdresser.
Pippa worked as a carer in the community for 20 years, during that time Pippa gained her NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care. Pippa enjoys family time and is a big Country Music Fan, Pippa particularly loves listening to Dolly Parton and Kenny Rogers!
Pippa has graduated with BA (Hons) degree. She has successfully completed her Level 5 NVQ for leadership in health and social care. Pippa has previously worked as a teaching assistant at a local SEND school and has completed research regarding support for parents of children with ASD.
Sarah joined the team in January 2021 volunteering her time during the Covid 19 Pandemic. Sarah is now a full time member of the team since February 2021. She is soon to be NVQ 3 trained and has experience in office admin, customer service, staff training and management roles.
Sarah previously worked in a local high school setting for over 6 years. She was a safeguarding lead and worked within the special education needs department. Sarah is mental health and first aid trained, she also has qualifications for understanding behaviour that challenges and bereavement. In her spare time Sarah likes to work out and socialise with friends.
Sarah is a qualified hairstylist. She changed carer after having a family and worked her way up to be a Senior HCA in a nursing home. Sarah then wanted to get into support work and was a Senior support worker for people with severe learning disabilities and Autism. Sarah has a qualification NVQ 2 adult and social care.
Sean joined the Frontline team in December 2021. Sean has previous experience in the hospitality industry working in a bar and restaurant. Sean has also worked within a nursery as a nursery nurse with a good knowledge of child protection and has his NVQ level 2 qualification.
